To players who attended the final call-back session for the Spartans 2000-1996 tryouts:

The process for picking/announcing the teams is as follows:

1.  Players that are selected for teams will be contacted either by phone or email as soon as possible.  The Spartans organization will be looking for decision at this time as to whether or not your child wants to play on the team.

2.  Once the team is selected and all spots are confirmed, a message will be posted on the Spartans website stating that "Team 'X' has been selected, all players have been contacted and the spots have been confirmed."  Players that have not been selected to a team will not be contacted by the Spartans organization.

3.  We will get through this as soon as we can.  There are nine teams that must be selected, confirmed and finalized from last evening.  We are shooting for Thursday to have it all completed, but Friday is probably a safer bet.

4.  I will be on the phone/email taking care of this non-stop until it is completed.  The next two days is absolutely not the time to call or email me with question not specific to whether or not you are going to commit to a team.  I will also apologize in advance for the shortness of my communication with you when you are contacted if you have made a team.  I am just trying to complete this quickly so the players that have not been selected can move on to other quality options.
